Malcolm Hankey said “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Blackpool Council and the Winter Gardens Trust for their support in hosting of the 2013 Civic Trust Awards Ceremony and Balfour Beatty for their generous sponsorship. Also a huge thanks to our assessors, all of whom volunteer for the role and give up their valuable time to assist us with the judging process.
